I learned a lot working with Sam. He just gets it - gets B2B, gets marketing strategy, gets design, and gets that the most powerful resource of any organization is its people. I was continuously impressed watching Sam propose creative and growth focused solutions to support highly technical B2B clients. He treats clients with respect and care and will advise them on the best course of action, even if that means that he won't get the client's business. That is extremely rare. Not only is Sam a brilliant strategist, he leads with empathy and compassion. He's built an amazing and diverse team of talented creatives that are not only masters of their craft but work with integrity, kindness, and compassion for their team members and clients. He's fostered a culture of human connection and empathy and is not afraid to show his vulnerability and shows up for team members in the professional and personal sense. He spends time and effort to develop the team and support team members in achieving their personal and career goals. Aggregate is definitely the agency I would have used as a B2B Marketing director, and Sam is the guy you would want to work with.
