Purpose of audit is to ensure plant owners are made aware of which piece of equipment is classified as plant critical and which ones are business critical, followed by putting in actions to ensure that they have covered their grounds in case of emergencies.-Conducted Arrium and Plant critical equipment audits in Whyalla’s mining operation.Root Cause Analysis- Involved in a RCA process with a costly failure that occurred in Whyalla.Energy Efficiency -Designed a tool to determine plant’s energy consumption and associated costs to determine potential cost saving initiatives.-Conduct energy efficiency audits on Reinforcing Plant in Revesby.-Provided support in managing their energy wastage.-Concluded with a potential savings of $100,000 per annum.Australian Tube Mills (January 2014 - November 2014)Energy Efficiency- Utilised the developed Energy efficiency audit tool to determine potential savings on site.- Initiated a project to eliminate all air leaks on site.Safety Programme (Roof Repairs)- Created a foremost safe working process and recovery plan to enable contractors to repair or replace the plant's 20m high roof.- Work was successfully completed in 2015.
