      Project and Process Engineering area, my role is defined as: Elaboration of Expense Planning for the construction of production lines; Development of the assembly process product; Elaboration of the project scope for quotations of machine, equipament, assembly jigs and means of control (calibrators, and GD&T devices); Development of National and International Suppliers to construction of production table, machine, jigs, calibrators and GD&T devices; Evaluation of the assembly process in production lines, line balancing and continuous improvement study based on Lean methodology; Work on modifying jigs and equipaments using CATIA V5 (3D and 2D) for protection and adaptation according to NR-12. Since the beginning of 2022, I have been working as a Lean Manufacturing instructor for the company's employees, a project that estimates to offer training to all employees, totaling more than 4000 hours of courses at the factory ingeneral.
