Correspondence and review of RFI's and Submittals received from various subcontractors as well as Engineers and Architects. Keeping a daily log and time study in order to ensure job efficiency and on-time completion of trade work. Closeout responsibilities including but not limited to specifications, guarantees/warranties owed by each subcontractor who participated in the completion of the project before the substantial completion date.

When based on the job site, daily activities can consist of coordination between all parties involved in the project. Whether it be structural specifications coordinated between the Engineer to the Contractor or aesthetic features coordinated from our office to the owner for an overall more pleasing finished product, which means a happier client. Estimating and bidding play a very large role in project success. Preconstruction responsibilities allow a better understanding of a project and how it begins to come together. Being in the field and coordinating with all parties involved allows you to then see how the "puzzle" is pieced together with all the different entities for an overall successful project.
