The budget is broken into several SAGs with 3 from the Army and 2 for Joint Forces consisting of over $5 million annually. This includes supervising 3 CORs across the 4 largest director's GJ3/GJ6/Director of Communications and Ceremonial and Special and Outreach Events for several contracts worth over $3,000,000. • Supervises 50 personnel on all cybersecurity operations and information assurance efforts for an Army Major General (O-8) Command of 350 personnel, 12 subordinate commands, over 850 subordinate users, and up to 1500 augmented personnel for the Presidential Inauguration/Events. Reviews Period of Non-Disruption and Vulnerability Disclosure reports to ARCYBER/JFHQ-DODIN. • Leads Operational Planning Teams across the command for C4 and Orders for over 12 annual Operations and Exercises. Develops timelines for each planning cycle and briefs all phases to senior leaders within DoD, Federal and Local agencies using virtual and in person collaboration. Responsible for OPLANS, OPORDERS and policy of the G/J6 for all actions related Joint and Army actions. • Manages hardware/software integration of systems into mobile assets postured for Emergency Actions (EA), Continuity of Government (COG), and Continuity of Operations (COOP) across the National Capital Region. CWO4 Responsibilities include working in the Protocol office of the U.S Naval Academy and instructing Seamanship and Navigation required courses to the student body of 4000 midshipmen in their freshman year; applying the classroom training to the midshipmen on board patrol craft at the Academy during their sophomore through senior years. 2007-2010 JMAST Europe CWO4. Underway qualified Radar Supervisor, Track Supervisor, Anti-Air Warfare Coordinator, Surface Warfare Coordinator, Sub Surface Warfare Coordinator, SWG-1A Supervisor, tracking and detection supervisor and overall CIC Watch Supervisor through several deployments.
