  As an Assistant Coach I directly work with 20 kids who are developingtheir swimming skills. I am responsible for the success and the safety ofmy swimmers through creating practice plans, promoting watercompetency, and facilitating interpersonal conflict management andcooperation.

  During my time as the Head Coach of Raiders Swim Team, I was in charge of managing a team of over 60 kids and directly working with 30 swimmers every practice. This included creating sets, making decisions regarding team branding and merchandise, attending and coordinating competitions, and helping all of my swimmers improve both in and out of the pool. I greatly enjoyed the ability to spread my love of swimming to the next generation while creating a prosperous and accepting team atmosphere.
