  My responsibilities included interacting with customers to pinpoint problems in their heating/AC systems. Using information from the customer and troubleshooting skills, repair the equipment, and inform the customer of repairs and any solutions the customer may use in the future. I also interacted with other contractors and companies to work together to achieve common goals. I was responsible for maintaining and driving the company service van as well as the company gas and credit cards. I worked with management to stay on top of the latest geothermal technology.
