Run monthly report on balances less than R500, follow-up for settlement or write-off where recovery is not likely. Run a monthly report on negative balance for refunds. Prepare the monthly loan book schedules with default grading. • Mentorship effectiveness Ensure mentorship companies are notified and given the mentorship handover pack promptly. Hold monthly meetings with the mentorship companies to discuss their portfolio and improve their performance. Perform a quarterly review of the mentorship companies’ performance.
