  I own the product vision from ideation through to delivery; leading a team of UX Designers, Data Scientists and Engineers to run experiments and deliver Proof-of-Concepts. These help validate use cases and inform our product roadmap; helping us, and the business units we work with, learn and fail fast. Delivered a portfolio of internal consulting and implementation projects, including strategy development, organisation design, UX research, business discovery, and product development to build up our corporate innovation practice. Launched a mobile app for motor claims triage, projected to deliver $7M in cost savings. This provided the foundational capability for a key business unit to pursue their AI ambition and unlock the value of proprietary data assets. Currently maturing experiments in LiDAR, Augmented Reality, AI and Computer Vision into scalable solutions with commercialisation as the end goal; tackling use cases across digital underwriting and claims, supply chain optimisation, and new business models.
