As Director of Operations, I work directly with our CEO to plan and execute the future growth of the practice. I currently supervise three medical assistants and oversee the operation of six satellite clinics throughout Northeast Alabama in addition to our main office in Gadsden, Alabama. This position allows me to develop multiple areas of the organization including human resources, marketing, customer service, billing, and business development. We have successfully opened four new clinics, relocated our main office, and expanded our team to a total 8 full-time members within the 11 months that I have been working with Doctors' Kidney Care. As a graduate assistant, I worked closely with management to assist in scheduling over 200 student-athletes in 75 uniquely identifiable courses. I handled human resources activities, including hiring, employee intake surveys, and disciplinary action. At the end of each semester, I assisted in organizing and interpreting course data to present for grant proposals.
