This requires the co-ordination of approx. 50 International medical exams annually, ensuring that examiners are recruited for these exams, as well as organising their travel & accommodation. It requires liaising and relationship management of high-level stakeholders who run these exam centres on behalf of the RCP, ensuring that their needs are met and they receive any support they require. This role also works directly with a Medical Director to support their work internationally in furthering the exam, as well as organising relevant meetings with operational teams in London. It also requires budgetary oversight, financial tracking and reconciliation of monthly spend as well as advising management of risk factors as well as supporting further international development. There is also ad-hoc project work when necessary, including streamlining current processes and ensuring examiner compliance. As a Senior Administrator this roles involves training immediate colleagues in work processes, as well as supporting the wider team with their development. Show less
