  - Oversaw the implementation of a service arrangement between Alberta Energy Savings (AESLP) and EPCOR following the company’s acquisition of a multimillion dollar business - Designed the business processes, work flows, and policies to prepare AESLP for market entry into Alberta while also reconciling customer contracts and usage - Managed all Alberta operations including Product Ownership for the development of systems related to handling the enrollment and customer maintenance of all contracts in Alberta - Designed and built a temporary billing & usage reconciliation system that was used to reconcile energy usage on a transaction level (involved tens of millions CAD on a monthly basis) - Managed supply procurement and hedging for natural gas and electricity customers in the Alberta market - Built electricity and natural gas demand projections model for forecasting usage based on customer usage profiles and projected marketing - Co-developed the company’s first hedging strategy for the Illinois (Nicor) market Show less
