After a lot of research, we decided to go with Sam to redo our roof on our older flat-roof building. One of the reasons was the good warranty. But we had ongoing problems with leaks from rain that left us and Sam stumped. I was concerned that he would come back and fix the roof. But his word was good, and he returned 2 or 3 times to fix the problems. He was always good natured, and trustworthy. And that was worth a lot to me. I think we finally have the leaks fixed. I would do business with him again just because I feel like I can trust him.
