By some stroke of chance, our team was able to bring Sam on to help us run our collegiate Rocket League operations. I genuinely don't know if we would've managed the same level of success we achieved without his help. Sam's depth of knowledge in the space was used to help us make critical decisions around league structure and customer support. I'm grateful to Sam for his contributions to the design and execution of multiple successful playoff tournaments. He was a terrific resource in our community as a coach, and an even better partner as a member of the PlayVS League Operations team. I'd recommend Sam as a teammate, especially for anything revolving around operations and customer experience.
