This role consists of a mixture of software development and support.During this time, I developed a search engine for the SRA. The first phase of the project involved the development of a web application which allows users to search for firms regulated by the organisation. The second phase of the project involved making the firm data openly accessible via a web service which provides the relevant data in the form of downloadable XML files. An associated database was also built to help authorise and throttle access to the service. Relevant programs for this role include Ektron CMS, Visual Studio, Microsoft Dynamics AX, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Scribe.Relevant languages include C# (Visual Studio), Microsoft SQL (SQL Server), Oracle SQL (Plus 80), XML, XSLT, XSL and JavaScript

  I was involved in a project to build a brand new web application for the client. The application was designed to facilitate the submission of Diversity data, which all firms regulated by the SRA are required to submit annually. My role was to build both the web application and it’s associated database. Despite tight time constraints, the project was completed on schedule and went live without delay.The website was built in Visual Studio 2013 as an ASP.NET Web Forms application with C# code-behind. The associated database was constructed using Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2.I was the only developer on the project.
