Sam and I co-founded an organization (Ohio University Nordic Club). Sam is a passionate and creative leader who was always the first to come up with ideas for member retention/engagement. The first few months of the organization's existence, Sam had developed ideas to effectively obtain 20+ members and subsequently manage them as part of his own Executive Board the following year. As a formative student and a systematic leader, Sam is an integral part of a team who strives for excellence in the face of adversity.
