I had the luck to work with Samuel for almost 2 years in the Motive EMEA PreSales team. During this time Samuel was directly reporting to me and was always a proactive and tireless contributor, helping to drive the business in his region. In his role as PreSales, Samuel was responsible for large Telco customers like SFR (France), Vodafone and Telefonica in Spain and Portugal. Beside the above mentioned accounts he also managed and supported several other customers in France and the Iberia region. For all of these customers Samuel handled all PreSales-related activities for the whole Motive Customer Experience Management solution portfolio, including Device Management (TR-069 / OMA-DM), End-to-End Service Management, M2M, (Assisted) Customer Care and Customer Self-Service. Especially in the area of Customer Self-Service for mobile operators, Samuel was the driving force in developing customer-specific demos and proof of concepts for mobile device-based Self-Service Applications, based on the Motive technology. Samuel handled all of these activities with a lot of passion, professionalism and also big success and very positive feedback from customer side. Samuel is definitely a guy that I would highly recommend for any position, as he has great experience and knowledge and is also able to act as a great team player in any team.
