  Manufacturing steel parts through the use of a fiber optics CNC laser. By uploading predesigned drawings, I program the cutting processes of the laser through a nesting program which allows me to control cutting conditions and layout of cuts. I cut steel sheets anywhere from 22 too 10 gauge from an assortment of types of steel. After manufacturing parts I sort, label and deliver parts to the called out locations on manufacturing paper work. As the Operator of the machine I inspect and report any issues with the laser. As a personal habit, I try to observe any maintenance work being preformed on my machine so I can further my knowledge of the working of my machine. And by doing so it helps me learn to troubleshoot and maintain it. And I'm Certified in Crane and Forklift at NG. Show less
