Manufacturing steel parts through the use of a fiber optics CNC laser. By uploading predesigned drawings, I program the cutting processes of the laser through a nesting program which allows me to control cutting conditions and layout of cuts. I cut steel sheets anywhere from 22 too 10 gauge from an assortment of types of steel. After manufacturing parts I sort, label and deliver parts to the called out locations on manufacturing paper work. As the Operator of the machine I inspect and report any issues with the laser. As a personal habit, I try to observe any maintenance work being preformed on my machine so I can further my knowledge of the working of my machine. And by doing so it helps me learn to troubleshoot and maintain it. And I'm Certified in Crane and Forklift at NG. Show less

As a Mold Operator I Inspect and Package the products injected from the machine according to Speaker standards and blueprints. Through 5s Standards I ensured consistent output of good parts and productive environment. I personally help out and learn from the Mold Technicians to increase my knowledge from there experience to improve work production and quality. I keep continuous scrape inventory to track quality issues so the techs can make machine adjustments to improve the quality of parts. I preform small project to help improve the company with spending little to no money and was picked as a highlight of the month because of it. Show less
