My primary responsibilities include supervising contest management of all 26 varsity athletic teams, managing apparel orders, monitoring our brand, hosting guest speakers for student-athletes, coaches and administration, marketing and promotions for home events, communication with coaches and officials coming to Springfield College for games and events, scheduling event staff workers, and day to-day office demands. I also work closely with the Director of Operations for facility and coaching needs. My Graduate Fellow role has afforded me opportunities to work with student-athletes, coaches and administrators in many different capacities. • 2017 NCAA Division III Men’s Volleyball National Championship Assistant Tournament Director • Doug Parker Wrestling Tournament Director • 108th Annual Home Show Event Director (Gymnastics) • Division III New England Women’s Track and Field Tournament Director • 2018 NEWMAC Men's Basketball Tournament Director • 2018 NCAA Men's Volleyball First and Second Round Tournament Director Show less

Compliance and Development Intern

May 2017 - Aug 2017
I learned about compliance issues with summer camps and clinics headed by the coaches at Bates College. I was able to attend the Regional Rules Committee Meeting at Worcester State to learn about some of the issues and new rules changes at the division III level. I assisted with submission of demographic reports of the athletics teams, coaches, and administrators to the NCAA, and also learned about the various club sports offered and the oversight that goes along with them. Athletics Intern

Aug 2015 - May 2016
During my undergraduate studies at the University of New England, I completed my senior internship within the Athletics Department. I was in charge of the supervision of events, scheduling student workers, marketing and promotions, ticket sales, merchandise sales and greeting all home teams and officials. These three experiences complimenting my Master’s in Athletic Administration have given me a well-rounded background in collegiate athletics at the Division III level.
