Creating vignettes on high risk watchlisted subjects to inform other agencies both foreign and domestic about the activity of the subject, in order to demonstrate the purpose of the BEWL and the purpose it serves. Liaison with Foreign Partner Force agencies and military groups such as FVEY and NATO, to include countries in PACOM, EUCOM, CENTCOM, AFRICOM, and SOUTHCOM. Responsible for conducting investigations on subjects encountered internationally and enrolled by foreign agencies, while also creating products that contain the subject's activity and derogatory information. Furthermore ensuring that the information is classified correctly and approved by the appropriate Foreign Disclosure Officers (FDO). Writing justifications for watchlisted individuals and submitting change requests on BI2R to reflect crucial actions and behaviors of the subjects in order to provide an accurate report of their past activity and nature.
