Ridiculously efficient’ is the phrase that comes to mind when I think about Samuel. Having started in September 2017, he has been a cornerstone of the online customer service team who is always looking for new ways and avenues to help everyone. The approach with which Samuel works is meticulous and striving for resolving everything in the first point of contact is a key trait that he lives by. He is an absolute pleasure to work with who is a quick learner, adaptable to a difficult situation and takes decisions in the most ethical way.
