      Urban View Development is one of the most active ground-up developers in Brooklyn. Our portfolio includes over 100 buildings, comprised of 600+ condo and rental units. In this role I serve as the main point of contact for the lenders of our entire active portfolio, assisting with every servicing inquiry for both our construction loans and permanent financing. I work closely with our project and construction managers to monitor progress and submit construction loan requisitions in a timely and cost effective manner. Additionally I perform ad-hoc finance related duties such as marketing new projects to perspective lenders and feasibility reports. My duties include: construction loan disbursement requests, ordering site inspections, touring construction sites with engineers, deal structure negotiation, new project due diligence, internal loan origination and underwriting, investment analysis, post-completion analysis, forecasting cash flow and preparing draw schedules, creating presentations and progress reports for lenders and principals, monitoring maturity dates and filing for extensions, refinancing existing loans, partial release preparation, mortgage satisfaction recording, scheduling environmental inspections and surveys upon lenders' requests, drafting notes, reviewing legal documents and notes in lieu of internal counsel, coordinating wire transfers for deposits/payoffs, ordering title reports, monitoring interest expenses and invoices, ordering and renewing insurance (property, builder's risk, general liability, master vacant, etc..), coordinating estoppel certificate execution with commercial rental tenants.
