I had the pleasure of working alongside Sam in Customer Success and in Product. Sam has brilliant ideas and gets very passionate about his work. His energy is palpable when he experiences synergy with his colleagues. He was extremely adept at documenting his vision for web and helping engineers deliver on time. He is very curious. His mission is getting to the heart of customers’ needs and wants and very carefully weighing and prioritizing what the product could provide. Sam genuinely cares about customer research and providing the best UX. I strongly recommend Sam, as he’s easy to work with and is very eager to deliver quality to both internal and external stakeholders.

Sam managed our web product for the past year or so and comes from a background in customer success and teaching that aided his ability to think through complex requirements -- fast. Sam is a very quick learner and even picked up the ability to understand backend and data-intensive concepts while working with our team. Sam is also very passionate about building great experiences for users and although he started out as a customer success rep at our company he quickly stood out for his aptitude in identifying areas for product improvement.
