His calming personality makes you feel complete comfort and gives you the confidence to work on critical tasks.A year before I was a confused engineer who was struggling to choose path between right and wrong. But as a manager, he always supported me and channelled my focus in the area I loved the most and enjoyed working. Samson is more of a team player than a manager and I enjoyed working under him. He is the best manager I ever had. I remember the time when I was a trainee and on a standup meeting I put forward a suggestion and he respected my input even though I was a fresher and took it forward along with other senior staff members. He is a great asset to the team and the company and I call the people under his supervision

Samson is an amazing leader and mentor. He has this great ability to hold the nerves during stressful situation and resolving those issues. He is a manager who know the perfect balance between managing teams and individuals growth. He made sure that the team is balanced and the individual is also given an opportunity to persue his area of passion(my switch to cyber security being an example of that). Samson is also an avid learner. His zeal to learn new things, especially in cyber security is amazing. Managing and huge team, family and keeping up with constant learning is an amazing quality that he possess. I look forward to be as efficient as he is.
