Quickly found that while a lot of people were building picks and shovels for DAOs, no one was really starting DAOs. Next we launched a Link-in-Bio for Web3 communities. Scaled to 3k communities before we asked for payment. Only 2 converted to paid plans 😂 We realized that when working with other early stage founders, we were communicating exclusively via Telegram & Twitter (rather than email). We pivoted to building a CRM that integrated with non-email communication channels. Scaled to 35 companies & ~~50k in ARR before we ran out of companies that were using Telegram to sell to. At this point, we figured we should take a crack at something that had nothing to do with Web3 (SBF really did a number to that market...). We launched Cuda, an inbound lead router that connected buyers with sellers in instantaneous video calls. Sellers loved the concept but in practice very few buyers were prepared to launch instant calls. Finally, we pivoted to building a platform that automatically generated sales pages to share via cold outbound. We ran a pilot with 5 cold outbound agencies but they didn't see a signficant lift in conversion rates. Show less

Developed a restaurant reservation marketplace to empower restaurants to fill empty tables by offering to make food bank donations on behalf of the customer. I developed the iOS app and did door to door sales. Never found product market fit.
