  To oversee all Publication issues and managing publication activities of a wide range of publication affairs right from inception to completion, including the successful supervision of the entire publishing process. Maintaining publication and production schedules, working with researchers, academicians, scientists worldwide while collaborating with other departments, overseeing publishing process. To liaise with in-house sections and external customers to ensure the provision of efficient and effective print and publishing solutions. Maintain, monitor and report on standards and performance targets, team and personal performance. Reporting to higher management on weekly/bi-monthly/monthly basis summarizing the activities performed and goals accomplished. To prepare and send necessary forms and documents for in house as well as external processes. Worked in unison with internal auditors' team for complete ISO documentation of the department. To manage the processes in relation to effective performance management, staff induction, reward and recognition, and succession planning within the department. The HOD of the Proofreading Department shall ensure that the; Department's activities are accordingly planned and directed to achieve affirmed targets which are related to: (a) smooth functioning of Proof Reading department.
