I know Samrat since 2005, when I joined Greenpeace. He was a performer and a dynamo there, and more importantly, a good team leader. And I am telling this in spite of the fact that I had never been in his team. He had all the qualities required to be a good leader - right from motivating his team mates and helping them achieve their goals being unbiased. I should not miss out telling about his never-ending energy and passion for his work. I wish him all the best in his career and I know that he will always be an achiever.
