Bit Solutions – what they have done for us. Bit Solutions have been our IT company for many years now (more than 10!). We originally looked at them as they were local to our business i.e. near Bishops Stortford as we like to support local businesses. They came to our offices, reviewed our IT situation and made a recommendation for updating it so it suited how we ran our business. They installed everything as agreed, in good time with follow up support and were very clean and tidy. Since then they have updated our hardware and software and kept us up to date over the years. In December 2021 we were doing an office move – we met with Bit on several occasions and with all different staff in their specialised areas as it was a new building we were going into and needed to install everything – including the main electric and internet cables etc. We agreed a plan of action. All work was done in stages i.e. new cabling, network infrastructure, core systems, hardware etc. They also installed all the new computer hardware, copying all existing information from the previous machines and testing all systems to ensure everything worked as it should. As part of this project, they also designed and worked with us to implement a full cloud based solution, removing the need for us to have servers at our office, with the implementation of Microsoft 365 and a new VoIP based telephony solution hosted in the Bit Solutions cloud. They also provided excellent follow up support to iron out any issues. All the onsite work was carried out as agreed and everything left clean and tidy. Overall we have been really happy with Bit Solutions and intend to continue working with them. They do the best Summer Survival Kits!!!
