Govt. of India is actively involved in spreading awareness about energy conservation among the masses. We conduct awareness programs for various sectors like Domestic,Transport, Agriculture & Industry.   Furnace Projects & Engineering, Experience: 25 years. Graduate Engineer from NIT, Jamshedpur with First Class( Distinction) in Electrical Engineering. A competent professional having relevant experience in Furnace Electrical Design, control panels and automation systems. Knowledge of PLC Programming of Siemens, Rockwell, Schnieder etc. Responsible to leads the team of engineers for Tendering, Design, Contracting, Purchase, Inspection, Erection and Commissioning for Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation equipment. Review ITB (Invitation to Bid) documents submitted in the proposals/ enquiries/ tenders stages, issue inquiry requisitions, review techno-commercial vendor offers, prepare equipment, material & man-hour estimates. Design & Commissioning of Fuel Fired Reheating Furnaces, Electrically Heated Aluminum Slab heating Furnaces, Aluminum Log Homogenizing Furnaces and Fuel Fired Aluminum Melting Furnaces. Responsibilities:  Review Contract requirements for project execution, organize the preparation of the Technical Document Register (TDR), identify requirements and scope of work.  Review Specifications & Data Sheets, Single Line Diagrams (SLD), Control Wiring Diagram Control Logics, Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID’s), General Arrangement (GA) drawings.  Review Philosophies, Instrumentation Loop Description and Diagrams.  Provide inputs for preparation of plot plans, organize the issuance of engineering drawings and technical documents for Inter- Discipline Checks (IDC’s) coordinate with other engineering discipline in the integration of data inputs.  Interface and regularly meet with client and vendor representatives, conduct internal staff meetings, ensure the progress of project in accordance to the schedule, allotted man-hours and budgeted costs.  Co-ordinate with Projects, Contracts & Planning departments on project time schedules.
