I was posted to a partner agency Accion Callejera in Santiago in the Dominican Republic, an educational NGO that works with Dominican and Haitian children who live and work on the streets. Prior to this, I lived in Seville, Spain for 1.5 years, (re)met my now wife, travelled and learned Spanish.   From Frankfurt, Germany I successfully recruited financial services, legal, accountancy & finance professionals into international banking & commerce organisations across Germany, Switzerland and Luxembourg. During my time with Euro London I successfully created the organisation's first Accountancy desk from scratch, which I grew organically out of the Banking & Finance division. By 2008 this desk had become one of the highest billing divisions in the Frankfurt office, as well as the wider company. I was consistently among the Top Billers company wide, ending 2007 in the Top 10 during my first full year and in 2008 I was 2nd overall, spanning 10 European locations. From 2008 onward I was also charged with growing both the Banking & Finance and the Accountancy teams in Frankfurt, culminating in leading a team of 6 professionals. After 3 promotions in 4 years (from Recruitment Consultant, to Senior Recruitment Consultant, to Team Leader to Assistant Branch Manager) I decided to leave Euro London and went on to pursue a full-time MSc. in Global Human Resource Management.
