  Worked in a newly built spanner manufacturing plant and supervised the operations in the following sections simultaneously. • Heat Treatment (HT): Operated and supervised the Induction-type HT furnace for hardening of spanners (sink, raised & full-polish panel). In case of unrequired hardness, learnt to manipulate the temperatures, material input, speed of conveyor and the quenching media (water + polymer). Handled the material incoming and outgoing to meet the downstream material demand in less time. • Shot Blasting: Operated and supervised the machine on routine basis. Gave trainings to fellow employees to delegate the operations. Maintained the machine with the help of electrical department. • Forging & Blanking: Supervised the production and quality of forged spanners on drop-type Forging Hammers (1 & 1.5 tonnage). Reduced the spanner rejection rate from 25% in April 2022 to 5% in December 2022. Kept the atmosphere of forging department upbeat. Held routine meetings with the employees for HSE and Production/Quality requirements. • Punching & Trimming: Quality-check of punched and trimmed spanners.
