Since Sammy has joined the team, I think our team culture jumped up like 20 points – for the sake of this rec, just know that a single point is a really big deal. Sammy is a pleasant, outgoing personality who always gets on well with others. He is always eager to take on a new task, whether hard or simple, and tackles it diligently, without question or complaint. This positive attitude inspires others too. He also has the ability to listen carefully to what others are saying, to understand and then to respond appropriately. And Sammy always succeeds in explaining ideas clearly. Sammy responds well when put under pressure – and accepts that pressure is a regular part of the job. Sammy habitually plans and sequences own work and that of others. He always follows instructions precisely and completely, and communicates plans clearly to others. We are incredibly lucky to have Sammy on the team – his glass-half-full attitude is inspiring – and I hope he and I get to work together for a very long time.

Sammy is one of the best full-stack developer I've worked with in the recent couple of years. Though our working time was brief, I was able to learn a lot from Sammy. As a developer, his thinking and strategies made sure that real world problems seemed a bit too easy to be solved with coding. The tremendous front end development experience that he has would definitely be a strong plus for anyone working with Sammy. He gets so enthusiastic when it comes to Elixir and trying new things, that's what we need for a fully functional team. I'd love to work again with Sammy and wishing him a great success in all his future endeavors!
