Being involved in a restaurant start up has given me an insight into forming systems. Madam Woo has helped me to hold my customer service skills to the highest standard. It has also helped me to form great time management skills, having to juggle full time study with a part time job. Working at one of Auckland's top restaurants has given me the opportunity to improve on my customer service skills and these are now of a very high standard. My responsibilities included cashiering, customer service, food prep and team work. I was lucky enough to be selected to be a consultant for this Otago University run consultant company. Being a consultant involved being place with a struggling not for profit and presenting to them several recommendation. I really enjoyed consultancy work and it is something I will en-devour to do more of in the future. Helping not for profits in the Dunedin Community has given me a huge bank of skills involving public sector accounting skills, networking, marketing, working with various different people, a new respect for teamwork, public speaking and presentation skills
