When an event ‘curved ball’ hits (as they frequently do!) Sammy is expert at deflecting, solution finding and creatively minimising damage impact. Her tenacity and determination are like a terrier with a stick, she will not give up! Her enthusiasm and genuine delight in her job is infectious, demonstrated by her equally dedicated team. They are a real pleasure to work with!

I’ve been working with Sammy and her team for the last two years in the events industry primarily the last two NASUWT Annual Conferences and other conferences throughout the year, producing the conferences badges for registration. What impressed me was her knowledge of the field she’s in, being able to manage her team, take care of the people around her, and finally the way she can handle difficult situation really well at an event. When I was first introduced to her and the team I was a bit nervous but instead of treating me as a cog in the event I was brought in with open arms and treated well.
