Since my time on board, the boat has participated in the Monaco boat show twice, where not only did I have to prepare and maintain the boat, and give guided tours to potential buyers. Since the vessel is for sale I have had to keep it maintained to a high standard at all times, as viewings are regular and sudden. In between this there was a two week unexpected boss trip, a trip to Tunisia and a long shipyard period. Temporary Deckhand

I was hired as a temporary deckhand until the vessel was set to cross to the Caribbean, which was sooner than expected. Guests were aboard the vessel for the duration of my service on Lady Sura. I had to learn the boats routine, setup and procedures quickly, where we moved the boat multiple times a day. Lead Deckhand

During my time as a crewmember on board Crazy Me I went from Junior Deckhand to Lead Deckhand. I was able to cement myself as a core member of crew who was a valuable asset to the boat. Here I was able to learn everything I needed from detailing, painting, anchoring, line handling, mooring, scrubbing teak etc. This was the mother ship to a fleet of 3 other vessels and had regular interaction with the other family members yachts. Communication was key to success; even the smallest of details were essential. Out of season we spent up to two months in Toulon shipyard. Show less
