  NPD project Development in house & 3pm - AQL and Defect Classification：Responsible for create the Mode Defect ID Card in system , combine the Defect Classification with Online Quality status through in NPD- line trail by reduction the defects meet AQL. - Quality Process Control Plan & Improvement： With QRQC and PDCA method , control and analyze quality issue on site, meanwhile improve working process so as to achieve zero-defects .
