      As a business consultant with the State of Delaware’s Community Navigator program, my mission is to analyze problems and propose solutions to ensure that underrepresented business owners of color have access to resources that improve the state's business climate. The Community Navigator Pilot Program-an American Rescue Plan is designed to reduce barriers that small businesses face and the goal of the Navigator program provides a more equitable and inclusive economic landscape for all small businesses, including those owned by disadvantaged groups, individuals with disabilities, and entrepreneurs in low-to-moderate-income and rural communities.
