Samir is clearly interested in learning and grow as an employee. When our company started implementing JDE ERP software in Arvos, he asked me questions about JDE's process and how it can be used to Arvos' advantages(on his own time!) because he wanted to learn more about JDE ERP. He also offered to arrange a meeting with some of the key members of the company so I could get more insight into their structure and goals.Surprisingly, he had learnt the functions of JDE pretty quickly and was able to comprehend to us in JDE terminology. Whenever I have questions or concerns, Samir responds right away—and even follows up later in the week to make sure my issues have been resolved. During my association with him in the capacity of Project Head and he was Senior Finance Manager , we worked closely in more than one area.
