Todor Dimitrovski
I had the opportunity to work with Samir during my time at Bakcell, when he was responsible for the network roll out at the technical department. Network performance has always been a key factor in the marketing performance of a telco operator, and during that time Bakcell needed a boost in the network performance in order to change the market perception.
