      Working at Ernest has elevated my understanding and out outlook of the luxury retail experience. When customers walk through the doors they’re not just customers to me but they are my guests and they should be treated at the highest level of hospitality. It is my job to not just find jewellery or watch but to help the people that come to find the best piece of jewellery or watch to compliment and celebrate their moment or achievements in their lives. From getting an engagement ring to just buying an earring for themselves I’m their first step to making their memories that much better. Starting at Ernest jones I had no clue about the fine jewellery and high end watch sector, however with my thirst for knowledge and attention to detail I have been able to adapt and fit myself in perfect into the team in startford. Selling isn’t the only part of my job as taking in customer repairs is an essential part of my job as I look attentively at what the customers bring and make the best call to help them restore the precise item’s back to usable and working order.
