The Introduction to Engineering Computing class is offered to engineering students to provide systematic approaches to engineering problem solving using computers. Where the course consisted of two parts theoretical lecture and applied lab & projects assignments, Sami was in charge of developing the lab & projects assignments, choosing and procuring educational resources and equipment, facilitating and guiding students through their learning experience, grading assignments and projects,and developing questions for the course mid-term and final exams. Sami contributed throughout his experience in facilitating and supervising 73 Engineering students learning experience through engineering design projects and lab assignments. The program is still continuing to provide a practical engineering design experience to CISE students since 2008.
