Sami was my colleague for too many years and still a friend, we worked closely to improve both productivity and quality, as well as the target of zero failure in order to maintain our customer’s satisfaction. Sami is a mindful person; teamwork oriented and brings all his skills for the work he does. He is an extremely creative and innovative manager, who’s also best in guiding his junior employees. We attended both many times in the same trainings and he was a wonderful and helpful partner, discussing any issue with him brings up new ideas and solutions, he is open to share proposals with the team and helps to implement them with efficiency. Sami is a highly skilled engineer; he worked as production manager for many years and as Lean Manufacturing specialist on many new projects as well as driving continuous improvements and changes.
