• Perform mechanical integrity calculations for T min and fitness for service calculations for static equipment including coke drums and tanks • Simulate various equipment using CFD software to evaluate the behavior of the internal flow at different pressures. Simulations provided a better understanding of the Fluid-Fluid and Fluid-Gas interactions in different vessels and pipe joints. • Perform Dimensional analysis on coke drums and other type of vessel to evaluate and determine the criticality of bulging areas. • Utilize CAD software such as SolidWorks and CATIA to generate 3D models for CFD and FEA evaluation • Manage several mechanical integrity projects in the oil and gas field by creating project plans, defining project roles, identifying and recommending project improvements, and tracking overall progress. Conducted periodic site visits based on project/client/management requirements. • Worked on multiple >$1M RBI (Risk Based Inspection) projects to develop inspection schemes for improved monitoring and failure risk evaluation.
