  Responsibilities: - Checking the annual forecasting plan received from the MD department versus Monthly actual figures produced. - Calculating the turnover ratio and availability of raw materials with taking into consideration the delivery date (Lead-time) and making the Purchas Requests.- Make recommended adjustments inventory targets based on changes in demand and market trends. - Follow up the deviations of materials consumption rate and take corrective actions where necessary (including safety stock levels) that are approved by management.- Coordinates with the technical department to periodically revise the bill of materials consumption rates.- Monitors the raw materials is slow-moving items.- Prepare monthly report showing the differences between the forecasts versus actual production versus actual sales. - Participating with the Production manager in putting the plan to meet the delivery date.- Calculate the production requirements for the export and local orders weekly. - Review the production plan versus requirements and confirm, to be the only channel who communicate with the production and logistics (local/ export) if anything require to change in the production requirements.- Entering the actual production for end product monthly.- Calculate the raw materials requirements for each Quarter.- Calculate the losses for each product.- Having the formulas for all end products.
