I had the opportunity to work closely with Mr. Sameh for around 3 years during my Stay at AIC Steel, Starting with him managing the R&D department and moving on to the General manager position; i had the pleasure to be one of his team. Mr Sameh showed a great experience in the sheet metal works field proofing a great excel in product design, testing and manufacturing , alongside with this experience Mr. Sameh showed a great desire to develop the team and transfer his wide knowledge to them either on technical or managerial levels. I had the opportunity to closely interact with Sameh during his work at AIC as an R&D manager then GM of newly born sheet metal factory in Asfan, KSA. I was very lucky to have him as a manager for almost two years. Sameh has many exceptional qualities that are rarely found in a successful engineer and a result-oriented Manager. I witnessed myself two success stories that were built on his shoulders-along with the team; the R&D unit, then Asfan Sheet Metal Factory in Saudi Arabia.
