Was responsible for defining the Marketing and Human-Resource Management Strategy to implement TSL's Software and Engineering-Services Development Center at Bangalore; aimed at the-then newly introduced Defence-Offset Polocy of GOI. Implemented the Development Center in Bangalore and was part of the core-team that helped in acreditation of DOFA-IL. Actively promoted TSL's Offset implementation capabilities to various A&D OEM's in France, UK, Israel and USA.
