  Inducted into Garrett Advancing Motion, a manufacturing company in Waterford, Ireland as a Co-op student engineer contributing work towards formal verification testing and quality control of turbine and compressor wheels for turbochargers to be used in road vehicles.   Supervisors: Dr.Prince Anandrajah, DCU & Dr Frank Smyth, Pilot PhotonicsSolidWorks design of the housing and internal components of a prototype optical comb source being designed for gas sensing. Worked with different members of the Lab, on the generation and characterization of optical frequency combs. Learnt & used SolidWorks to design the base plate, and enclosure to hold a dual comb system.
