It doesn't matter how great a trainer or athlete you are. If you have no clients, you have no business. As a gym/box/studio owner, getting and keeping members is lifeblood of your business. Most owners struggle to do this consistently. I bet you decided to open your own place because you love to train and help others get fit. But what was once a passion has become a struggle to survive. Ask yourself these questions: -Are you worried about paying your rent and staff? -Unsure where your next member will come from? -Don't know how to stand out from the other boxes and gyms in your area? -Attracting the wrong clients who end up costing more in time and energy than their monthly membership? -Do have enough money to upgrade your equipment or hire talented coaches? -Are you having to do it all because you can't afford to hire staff? -Are you one man/woman show because you can't afford to scale your business? -Will your gym/studio/box stop running if you do? -Don't have a life because you're always training clients or putting out fires? If you answered "Yes" to any of these questions, then lets connect and see if I can help you answer, "No!" to all of them! Show less
