Working as a Sr. SAP Analyst (SAP PP PM QM) & Assistant Manager MIS. Involved in Global roll out and support across Wasco Energy Group of Companies in more than 10 Countries (Canada, Germany, Netherlands, Greece, Finland, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, India, Brunei etc.). Working in AL Anmaa Co. (Astra Industrial Group) as SAP PP\QM consultant since April 2013 to present. My responsibility includes providing clients and operation team focus by ensuring that SAP Application Management services are delivered to production. I perform all the tasks related to Re-implementation and post Go-Live for current project. I have been Re- creating and designing the whole system associated with PP and QM according to Sap standard keeping in mind the requirement of a client. I have been conducting enhanced user training to English and Arabic speaking users with a use of efficient communication skills. I play my part as a Key user/Super user for a company where as my goal in position is to smoothen the business process in PP and QM module, therefore in this regard I am putting my full effort in terms of introducing SOP and user control to streamline the flaws in the existing system.
