Tyler Phillips

Sam was one my students in Introduction to Computations Mathematics for Engineers during the fall semester of 2015. In this course I teach students MATLAB application based programming. The course covers numerical methods such as vector analysis, linear algebra, interpolation, root finding and numerical integration to solve real-world engineering problems. Sam was able to easily navigate each assignment given during the semester, spending more time helping fellow students understand the programming and mathematical concepts presented during the course than it took him to complete his own assignments. He also went out of his way to come up with new and unique methods for solving many of the engineering analysis problems the class was assigned to complete. I found Sam to be quite adept at engineering analysis, with a high level of competency in computational mathematics. I would recommend him for any position requiring a high degree of expertise in these areas.

I have worked successfully with Sam over the course of several years as he provided IT services to our law firm. Sam helped us migrate through many challenging upgrades of both harware and sofeware, including providing training on a number of proprietary programs.
